The FLIPside of Publishing
Hosted by The FLIP, join us for an evening of networking and conversation as we reveal the results of our recent industry-wide survey. We have an array of amazing panellists to talk about some of the key issues highlighted by your survey answers, chaired by previous FLIP interviewees.
The first panel will focus on the ‘second shift’, and how working families can be better supported by employers, and the second on the next generation of leaders, and how we can provide an inclusive, diverse space for everyone to thrive.
We will then present the key findings of our research and how we can build an even better publishing industry from within.

Come and see Cassie speak on an Inspired Selection panel at London Book Fair! Titled, 'X, Y, Z, A. Are we ready for Generation Alpha?' on Day 2 (March 13th) from 14:00-14:45, the session covers everything from starting inclusive and attractive work cultures to changing values between generations.
